1. Eligibility: The quiz is open to participants of all ages. Participants need to have access to the internet and a valid email address and mobile number to participate.

2. Registration: Participation in the quiz is free of charge. Participants must register online through the provided Google Form on the day of the Quiz. Registration requires providing correct personal information, including Name, E-mail address and Mobile number.

3. Quiz Format: The quiz will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs) based on the weekly reading material provided by us. Participants will be required to select one correct answer from the options provided within the time limit specified for the quiz. The total duration of the quiz will also be specified.

4. Weekly Reading Material: Weekly reading material will be provided exclusively on our Instagram & Facebook page as well as on our website www.raigadropeway.com. As such participants are responsible for accessing and familiarizing themselves with the provided reading material before the quiz. The reading material provided, along with any images used, shall have exclusive copyright ownership by Purandare Prakashan. Participants are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using the reading material or images for any purpose other than participating in the quiz. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of the reading material or images without prior written consent from Purandare Prakashan is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

5. Quiz Schedule: The quiz will be conducted online on every Saturday from 10am to 5pm.

6. Scoring and Results: Participants will receive one point for each correct answer given within the allocated time limit. Unanswered questions or answers submitted after the time limit will not be scored. In case multiple participants achieve full marks, the participant who answers the questions in the quickest time will be declared the winner. The final score will be calculated based on the total number of correct answers within the allotted time.

8. Prizes: One lucky winner will be selected every week to receive a special prize: A free ticket for the Raigad Ropeway experience along with their family. (Family members max upto 4) The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. The winner will be notified through email or the designated platform and must claim the prize within a period of 1 month only. The organizer reserves the right to verify the eligibility of the winner before awarding the prize.

9. Fair Play: Participants are expected to maintain the integrity of the quiz by refraining from cheating or using unfair means. Any form of cheating or misconduct will result in disqualification from the quiz.

10. Data Privacy: Participant information collected during registration will be used solely for the purpose of administering the quiz and communicating with participants. Participant data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.

11. Modification and Termination: The organizers reserve the right to modify or terminate the quiz at any time without prior notice. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues, the organizers may reschedule or cancel the quiz.

12. Agreement to Terms: By participating in the quiz, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organizers' decisions regarding any aspect of the quiz, including eligibility and scoring, shall be final and binding. Participation in the quiz constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
